| Nowadays most of VTS systems in china haven't connected with other information systems and data cannot to be sharing and exchanging. VTS is week at data collection, and isolated from other information systems. In recent years, a lot of researches were carried out in order to sharing the data and improving the information services of VTS. This thesis is also focus on the VTS Integrated Information System.This thesis is starting with VTS information management. Now a project on construction of Shenzhen VTS Integrated Information System has been carried out, which based on the research that focus on data exchange between different VTSs and maritime service systems. Further research was carried out on core technologies, such as data sharing, network security and CORBA. The accomplishment of Shenzhen VTS integrated information system also confirms this research is feasible.This research is based on the need of VTS applications and has positive significance. It solved the problem of information sharing between VTSs and maritime service systems. Currently, this system is being universality used by Shenzhen VTS and other maritime systems. The benefit of it is to advance efficiency, reduce the cost of HR, avoid accident to improve the maritime safety.The main work is:1. Parsed the format of data and the interface contained real-time tracking data and database of MIS in VTS.2. Designed a solution to connect multi-database and multi-information systems based on distribute technology.3. Provided a solution by using CORBA to exchange data among different database.4. Provided a complete solution for network security.Based on these researches, I hope to improve the application of VTS technology and maritime management. |
