As for the actual situation of 300MW turbine, this paper unifies the research results of the current fault diagnosis and computer monitor, researches the fault diagnosis system of 300MW turbine. The main research content;(1)Studying the vibration fault mechanism and the fault symptom in detail. (2) Studying the general implementation methods and processes of fault diagnosis. Putting forward the architecture of condition-based diagnosis system, Discussing the signal collection, character extraction and status recognition in condition-based maintenance system. (3) Faults diagnosis technologies based on expert system is analyzed. Expert system based on rules is applied to turbine fault diagnosis. (4) A set of turbine fault intelligent diagnosis system is implemented. Its framework is analyzed. Analying typical vibration fault diagnosis . |
