Traditional power telecontrol system is unable to meet the demands of real-time data exchange in the speed of data transmission and flexibility. Based on the newest international standard of IEC——communication networks and systems in substations, this paper conducted an in-depth study and exploration on transmission mode of power telecontrol information.This paper analyses the architecture of the IEC61850, Information Modeling, and Model for exchange of information, and substation configuration language, and also conducts a study on the relevant knowledge of Extensible Markup Language-XML and Abstract Syntax Notation ASN.1. On the basis of above, paper designs the IEC61850-based real-time communication gateway structure for power telecontrol, and realizes of the various modules in it. Finally, this paper focuses on the implementation of the instantiation interface module of the Gateway structure, and presents a generative method of data object based on the XML and XML Schema document. |
