OLAM In The Research And Application Of Transformer Condition Assessing System

As the important technologies of Decision Support, OLAP and data mining have complementary functions in the decision-making process. OLAM technology which is the future development of data warehouse applications is the outcome of the two technologies'combination. The transformer status information should be used synthetically for condition evaluation. But think of the huge amount and the complex relationship of the data, it is difficult for users to infer the condition or evolution trend of transformer out of vast data. Therefore it is necessary to build a Decision Support System orienting on transformer condition evaluation. The paper studied OLAM technique in the application of transformer condition assessing system, and proposed a framework to practice the system.
