| This article studies the multi-levels inverter power topology and the control technology with emphasis. First in the existing diode-clamped five-level inverter electric circuit topology foundation, one kind of diode-clamped three-level basic units and flows the reactor parallel five-levels topology has been chosen, the principle of work has been analyzed, and the simulation model has been established. Next, several kinds of the carriers PWM control method commonly used basic principle as well as respective characteristic has been analyzed. The method of mixed modulation which carrier PWM and phase shifting carrier phase shifting PWM unifies and the triangle carrier phase shifting have been carried on the simulation analysis. Then, the diode-clamped five-level inverter electric circuit has been conducted the simulation research, the simulation has analyzed the relations of the output voltage harmonics and the modulation method, the different modulation, the different carrier ratio, the connected load relations. Finally the realization of the control circuit with FPGA has been studied, each module of control section has been compiled with VHDL language, and the simulation confirmation has been given in the MAX+plus environment. |
