The logistics work of colleges and universities is an important part of the school work, because of the original system of school and social and administrative management system, has not adapted to the socialist market economy and the development of higher education, in order to realize the socialization of university logistics, marketing, professional, it should be a complete set of logistics service information system. In today’s society, the information technology plays a dominant role, the computer has become our life and work to deal with a large number of information indispensable means. Logistics management in universities is a very trivial, complex and very meticulous work, if the implementation of the manual shall be artificial fill in the form and the cost of computation, and it will consume a large number of staff time and energy, computer management of the rear service in Colleges and universities can not only ensure the data fast output, more important is to ensure the data accurate, but also can make use of the computer for the relevant statistics, the service in Colleges and universities and other aspects of accounting.This paper introduces the logistics management system of Zhejiang Guangsha College the research background, significance and current status of research and application, and clarified the main work of the paper; in business analysis, the problems of system, organization, the original business process are analyzed, after the transformation of the business process. Give in; function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, the overall function gives the system sub function package diagram and package diagram; in the data analysis, the function of each system is required to process data are analyzed, the entity class diagrams are established, the database table structure; finally, summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work is prospected.
