| With the rapid development of the communicate technology, the mobile terminate has been changed to multifunctions of voice, data and image from single voice function. In case of there are so much common between SmartPhone and 3G, the SmartPhone has become to the preview of 3G terminate, supplying the important base and experience for many corporations. SmartPhone has open up the door of 3G in a sense. So SmartPhone is the direction of the development of mobile phone in the future.This paper analyses and studies the designing process of SmartPhone based on the practically production designing . It aimed to design a SmartPhone with functions of GPRS/GSM , PDA, MP3/MP4 player, digital camera and video, Bluetooth, GPS and games.This paper states the research and development of SmartPhone from the point of view of system design. Firstly, the system structure of SmartPhone is introduced, And the mainstream operate systems used on SmartPhone now is analyzed and compared. Then, after introducing the Intel PXA270 processor, the SmartPhone solution of Dual-processor(Application processor plus Baseband processor) is proposed. This paper explains the hardware development process of SmartPhone based on PXA270 in detail. It also elaborates the general design of hardware of SmartPhone as well as design and implement of the functions with each part (application processor, memory, GSM, A-GPS, Bluetooth, audio codec, LCD module and PMIC). Most SCHs of the function blocks are showed in this part.The design of SmartPhone given by this paper is one of the mainstream solutions, it has proved by mass production and has a very high market value. |
