WCDMA network is now extensively used in a lot of countries, at the same time, China has constructed many testing network. WCDMA network is a disturbing restricted system adopting code division multiple access technology. It's coverage is affected by capacity and quality and they are restricted by each other. More than seventy percent WCDMA traffic come from indoor environment; the construction of indoor contribution system can improve the coverage, quality and capacity effectively. Indoor coverage analyze is the most significant factor in construction of WCDMA network.First of all, this article simplified K-M model, and use Model tuning to testify the validity of this model. Then promoted coverage analyze method, this method can help network planner find out the situation of indoor coverage without set up a lot of models. And also this article promoted traffic analysis method, At last promoted Monte Carlo Simulation method to simulate WCDMA network. Within Monte Carlo Simulation promoted the method for generates snapshot and method for find best service repeater, access control and method for power control.This article uses C++ programming language to do simulation to the whole flow of WCDMA indoor planning. Include Path loss calculation, Model tuning, Coverage Analysis and Monte Carlo Simulation. The result of these simulations can help network planner to find out the situation of indoor coverage and also it can help to find the blind zone and help to know the reason why the snapshot user can not access network, the probability of coverage and so on.
