Customers ask for more new demand to the content and form of the Fax. The research to mix-transmission of the media data based on H. 323 agreetment is current researching hotspot.For being seasoned to customer's new requirements, and follows the development of the new technology. This thesis brings forward a resolvent project that IP Voice and solid color fax can be transferred simultaneity, at the basic to lucubrating network protocol and H.323 protocol.The paper focuses on capturing and compressing the solid color fax image and vedio, capturing the page fax and compressing with coding and decoding.,voice capturing and compressing with coding and decoding,the researth of IP voice and solid color fax can be transferred simultaneity,the research of network multimedia based on speech Interpolation,reducing delay and raising the dependability. We put forward and design the whole project of multi-assignment dynamic attemperation technic, in the base of developing socket, which advance depandability of net transmission through the Non-blocking communication. It can transfer voice, and the voice signal is enough vivid with the constringent sound transmission at speed of 4.8kbit/s,8 kbit/så'Œ16 kbit/s. It can implement the transmission of solid color fax and dynamic vedio snippet availability. And it also implements the transferring sound and solid color fax and dynamic vedio or picture fax snippet simultaneity. It attains anticipative aim.
