The Study And Implement Of GSM-R Integrated Communication Project On Locomotive

The status of mobile communication for railway development in domestic and overseas is studied ,analysed. According to GSM-R applications in railways of Europe countries ,and our domestic characteristics , we studied railway communication requirements and technical specifications. We designed with the high reliability hardware and software tools technical. In this control system , the system work's models is changed with the CPCI industrial control bus and the high speed real time operate system, and managed the communication services ,dada services.The significations and the background of GSM-R railway communication services project on locomotive is studied. I suppose and analysis schemes. This equipment consist of main control centre, client terminals, network interfaces. The network's interfaces encapsulated lower layer protocols of GSM-R communication module. The main control centre and GSM-R module communication each other with the AT commands. The client terminal and main control centre communication each other with TCP/IP protocols . The main control centre is installed embed real time operate system (QNX). In the client terminal we installed client explore and embed WEB servers. The equipments on locomotive implement a lot of services with matching more services and dispatching control threads according to railway's functions.Railway communication services project on locomotive includes data services and tone services. Tone services is compatible of tone services of wireless railway dispatching system. Using GSM-R communication network system, it implements one call ,group calls, broadcasting calls. Data services includes locomotive rear data(rear gas pressure data) transporting , number of locomotive ID transporting, depot station commands transporting, dispatching commands transporting, depot station command request data transporting. Tone services implements with GSM-R module and data services communications with the GPRS modules.Railway communication services project on locomotive can changed work model in GSM-R model and 450MHz wireless railway dispatching model. It implements tone services with 450MHz wireless transmitter–receiver in no GSM-R network districts The project of Railway communication services project on locomotive is tested in QingZang. Railway.
