With the Power Integrated Circuits rapidly develop, PIC plays an important role in the fields of electronic power, automatic control, communication and automotive. China is the most important market of consumer products and the biggest world manufacture center of the consumer products. We launch a research on PIC to make up the lack of researching PIC and prove the internal electronics market.The paper focuses on circuit design of power switch with bipolar technology and audio amplifier with CMOS technology. There are two parts in the power switch with bipolar technology, one is level and output stage. The output stage adopts class AB, which output current can be±30mA. The CMOS power switch with bipolar technology can also be divided into two parts, one is amplifier model called Amp and another is control model called control. Combined common-drain common-source configuration is adopted as output stage which have less power consume. The circuit's simulated result shows well. The paper proposes that combined common-drain common-source configuration can be used in audio amplifier.
