Pipeline technology has the important position in modern technology and plays a key role in every performance development of the processor. Pipeline technology developing constantly has driven the development of the stage of the processor. The leading level of Pipeline technology is controlled by some big monopoly companies abroad. Pipeline technology has been kept by them. In our country Pipeline technology is still in a study level of combining development. Therefore the meaning of my research and application to the Pipeline technology is just here this time.This project is bases on the studying of Mips processor.The own designing Hope-Mips pipeline's function is also simulated by software. This Hope-Mips in this project provides simple function Sim-simulator, simulation super-microprocessor and architecture Sim-outorder simulator, in which the Sim-outorder simulator supports dynamic instruction dispatch, instruction our-of-order execution and branch prediction. This paper discusses the concept of pipeline processor, the problems existed and the design of all the pipeline operation segment during this Hope-Mips designation and development with my participation. The whole pipeline can be divided into five segment, Fetch, Dispatch, Issue&Execute, Write back and Commit. They are detailed and explained in this paper.
