Because of its convenience, mobile payment, a newly booming fee settlement, is attracting quite a lot of attentions for cell phone scheduled runners, on-line merchants as well as consumers. But on the other hand, it is also suffering the problem of security, its important bottleneck, which is restricting its development seriously. So designing a portable secure scheme is the most urgent affair for mobile payment, especially for macro payment.Upon the problems mentioned above, this paper focuses on the following work:? Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages for the key researches both in and abroad;? Studies some existing international standards and protocols including SET and ASC X9;? Gives the designing rules for the secure scheme then proposes a general simple model for mobile payment;? A secure scheme called SeMo is designed according to the different security needs for lineate links and wireless ones;? Analyzes the security for the scheme still basing on the two distinct links, which improves the scheme fully fulfilling the security requirements such as: authentication, integrity, confidentiality and non-repudiation.Since the referencing of the SET protocol and X9 standards, the secure scheme can be designed on the base of the well-developed SET based models. And the importing of MPP brings the scheme a simple architecture that fits for the wireless environment well. Then the simulation for the scheme on the cell phone simulator proves the analysis. And at last the jobs need to do in the further researches are pointed out.
