This paper did some research on the designing and realizing of an computer control AC servo system, based on the designing of an Weapon Simulator. Considering the practical equipment requirements, servo system takes Panasonic MINAS amplifier and AC synchronous servo motor to form the velocity loop. And an industry control computer combines an insertion data acquisition card to form position loop. After designing the servo control computer and the servo trail system, the paper fulfilled the Weapon Simulator control system.The paper mainly completed the following studies:Firstly, according to the working principle of the Weapon Simulator, this paper accomplished the complete block design of the simulator's control system, including motor driving and mechanical, servo control computer.Secondly, the hardware part of the control system was studied, and the way of constructing was given subsequently.Thirdly, taking Visual C++ 6.0 as development table, it used object-oriented method to design the software of the servo system.Then, after analyzing the classical PID control theory and expert system's characteristic, an expert PID controller was designed. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the system, feed-forward control was adopted in the system too.Finally, the paper regulated the system, and tested the software and hardware part separately. And the test result was also analyzed.
