Development And Research Of Shop Floor Information System Based On .NET Framework

MES(Manufacturing Execution System) is a management information system of shop floor which lies between the planning system of the upper layer and industrial control of the ground floor.It has become the research focus of information system.But MES has not a standard system,especially the data collection model of shop floor which is not made perfectly.A shop floor information system is studied for Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., which provides the data for MES.Considering the present ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) system and the later MES requirements, the soft and hard architecture are designed through Micorsoft.NET framework on the basis of analying the character of chip encapsulation company and the requirements of the shop floor information system. UML is used to build the model of the client system, and the device data acquirement and transfer are analyzed and are designed in detail. The organization framework of the server system is also studied. XML(Extensible Markup Language) technology and design pattern are also used to build a flexible system. Finally, the database design is introduced.This information system based on shop floor meets the industry requirement and is running in the factory efficiently.
