The Research Of Software Platform For Process Analyzing Apparatus

The mainstream of analytical instruments is the intellectualization and the microminiaturization. With the development of the microminiaturized analytical instrument and the special-purpose software have the independent intellectual property rights, the analytical instrument industry in our country will become strengthen.The article is under the project"The Research of Software Platform for Process Analyzing Apparatus", which is cooperated by laboratory and Nanjing NanFen Analytical Instrument Factory in 2004. The software platform produces the real-time supervision software for process analyzing apparatus.In SCM application environment with its special particularities makes the software system often only to be suitable a specific hardware platform, moreover usually uses the tradition method of software development which face the process, the function decomposes, causes the software development cycle is long, the cost is high, the efficiency is low, the product maintainability and the adaptable are bad, is unable to satisfy the user's changing requirement, this is called " software crisis" in SCM. Software reuse based on platform is to be considered as the feasible way to solve the problem of software crisis.The article is around software design of process analyzing apparatus, utilizing the design philosophy of platform with framework as large-grained software reuse unit and components as small-grained software reuse units, the model of software reuse in SCM is introduced and discussed.ChapterⅠfirst provided the technical background for platform——software reuse in SCM, to use the philosophy of software platform to produces the real-time supervision software for process analyzing apparatus. And then, the article proposed the design goal of platform and the major functions.ChapterⅡ"the frame design and the essential technology", mainly narrated the reusable software design of platform, and pointed out on the premise of the hardware realizes the reasonable function module division, the software system structure can realize standardization, proposed the expanded component on the frame is based on the keyboard processing component with expanded menu item.
