The analysis of the moisture content has already been listed as the basic parameter of the analyzing material; it acted as an important quantity standard of the material. It treated to measure the material according to the dissimilarity to put forward different request of the measurement moisture in the dissimilarity of the moisture content. The moisture measures can be applied in the control analysis of the industry to produce; it can also be applied in the quantity of the agriculture product to authenticate. Its analytical form has a lot of ways, we not only need to measure the moisture from the ton to account in the product, but also need to carry on the fluid matter analysis by using tiny liquid in the laboratory. Analytical scope from normal moisture measurement which contains the amount of water to 100 divide to several ten of moisture to tiny moisture measurement which contains the amount of water to measure the moisture analysis for 1/1,000,000 of moisture. Different industries have different request and meaning in the moisture measurement each other. The moisture measurement application is in the medicine industry, food industry, chemical engineering industry, printing industry etc..The moisture measurement method can be divided into two classes, which called physics analysis method and chemistry analysis method, respectively. Belong to the physics analysis method it contains loss on drying, distillation method, electronic analytical method and optical analysis method etc.. Belong to the chemistry analysis method it contains gas occurrence method, born acid or alkali method, and Karl Fischer method etc..
