Software and information industry are involved in the shadow of"software crisis". We detect that the 45 percent of reason is correlative with requirement process. A lack of the participate in the end users and half-baked requirement is the most important reason of the IT project`s defeat .As the requirements project of sub field of the software project, is first stage of software lifespan, and runs over the whole software lifespan at the same time, as the software uses the constant deepening of field and range and expands, its importance is more and more outstanding. The project method of the requirement is studied the method to realize the project course of demand. Requirements engineering develops quickly, the different research and some classics of side discussion to requirements methldology, establish the foundation for requirements development of project.In this paper, we study the basic theory of the requirements engineering.
