In recent years the information technology is used in many domains. It is also used in education domains. The national Ministry of Education had further made explicit strategic plan of "the education information construction projects" in the paper of "2003-2007 Year Education Promotion Motion Plan". Under this kind of background, our country basal education information has yielded the substantial result in recent years. But simultaneously because the network technology in our country had been mature in recently several years and the educational funds is insufficiency after dividing among all school. Therefore the computer educational management is still one kind of piecemeal management.This paper takes this as a background. In view of the present situation of educational information of Anhui Professional Technology Institute, utilizing the advanced platform of developing network and the data bank technology, the research has been done about how to implement educational administration information system and how to make full use of present computer resource under condition of shortage of fund. In this paper, the old and new educational administration flows of Anhui Professional Technology Institute have been analyzed. Based on this analysis, the subsystems which are part of the educational administration information system have been emphatically introduced and the function structural models of these subsystems have been established. In this foundation, the detailed data analysis of each subsystem has been carried on and the data model and the database table have been established. In view of each subsystem and demand of Anhui Professional Technology Institute administration, how to develop each subsystem has been expounded and difficulties which were met with during developing each subsystem have been clarified. How to integrate Windows single version system (such as the system of arrangement of courses, the system of student administration and so on) which belongs to Anhui Professional Technology Institute to Web educational administration system has been placed emphasis on.
