| "One Stop" service platform has been E_Government's research and application hotspot since recent years in China, and the key of implementating E_Government's "One Stop" service platform is to solve the integration problems and data exchange ones among departments applications. As one of their solution approaches, the SOA(Service-oriented Architecture) model, as well as Web service technology that satisfies the service model, is becoming a new development and research aspect of solving E_Government's "One Stop" service integration.Firstly, this dissertation describes a basic framework of E_Government's "One-Stop" service platform, studies and analyzes the Web service technology, its development methods and its integration technology—BPEL(Business Process Execution Language),and adequately discusses how to solve some business integrated applications on E_Government's "One Stop" service platform by using Web service and BPEL technologies.Secondly, based on a typical case of E_Goverment's "One Stop" service—an administration project's examination and approval system on line, this dissertation gives a description and analysis of the system's function requirements,architecture, business models and workflow models, and sets up the "eclipse" experiment platform based on J2EE and workflow modeling environment based on BPEL engine by taking an example for the business flow of registering an enterprise on Internet, and then the basic method of creating administration project's examination and approval business workflow and the implementation of workflow service's integration by using BPEL are presented.Finally, the virtues and shortcomings of designing E-Gov business workflow based on the BPEL technology are summarized, and some aspects that the demonstration workflow needs to improve are pointed out, mainly including the supervision of the workflow process, and the integration of some business workflow , as well as the one of the data exchange center and "One Stop" portal. |
