Through developments of many years, the fixed network telecommunication company's fixed network is already very perfect and mature, the network is large-scale, and overlays widely, and the communication quantity is high, and the service category is well-found. Especially the XiaoLingTong introduced has enriched consumedly the fixed network company's business category. But as diversified competition situation of Chinese telecommunication market has been formed gradually, and so is the competition environment, more and more factors restrict the development of the fixed network.This thesis, is writed for preparation of a new item or a new engineering of a business enterprise. but it aims at the current network circumstance in LNCNC primarily, investigating a set of fixed network intelligentizing practical project to solve the existent problem of the current network effectively, and keep the stability of the current network, and reduce the adjustment and modification of network as little as possible. Reforming the disputing problems of project, contrasting to every kind of project contain weakness, and according to contrast circumstance, put forward the valid project. Try to decrease invests, making the project have good upgrade ability, adapting to the development of the future network effectively and protect the invests. The network can realize resources share of the current PSTN and PHS network after modification, can open the fusion business services effectively.First, it analyzed the primary problem that current LNCNC exsits, one is that a native network model is old, the TM facility model is aging, processing ability is low, maintain and expansion cost is expensive; Two is that network construction is complicated, the using of resource rate is low, SSP position is over high, deploying the new business is difficult; Three is that number resources can't be made use of well; Four is fusion with mobile services(PHS 3G),etc. This thesis emphasizes torelate background, realistic meaning and urgency of network reform. And it introduces the present condition of the current switch and signaling network and intelligence network in LNCNC, the point analyzes the current network in the follow-up grade creep, ability in handling problems, network construction, business open exhibition etc., and put forward the whole net solution of intelligence services triggering problem, promoting the new business provision target, keeping network stability, economy, expansive principle.Combination of the present condition of LNCNC with target and principle that network reforms, putting forward the whole project that network reforms, and the influence proceeding analysis that the other party case creation .In network intelligentization, the basic clou is to induct the customer data center, business commutation switch center and uniform service platform, which leads to realize fixed network intelligentized, mobilized and integrated. We discover by contrasting the fixed network with mobile network that establishing a customer data center can resolve the calling and called services triggering problems, which conveniences the spread and opening of the whole network. There fore, introducing a customer data center( SDC, Subscriber Data Center) is the core of the network intelligentization .And we put forward the network intelligence reforming project.1,LS + TM is the agency of accessing SDCThe "LS + TM is the agency of accessing SDC" project is that SDC is inducted into PSTN network, the SDC, as a new net unit, is interactive with swicher in all layers(LS,TM,) and SSP through expanding ISUP protocol. For some swicher that doesn't support expanding ISUP protocol can adopt the TM agency method, TM assistance those switchers to query SDC to obtain customer service and number information.The advantage of LS mode is no need to proceed the adjustment to the current network construction, and the modification of LS signaling protocol is more thorough .The weakness is that the network does not get the simplification, reforming cost is higher. It is not all the switchers that can support local area communication bill. At the same time, service switch center is not used.2,TDM TM completely access SDC"TDM TM completely access SDC" project is that all the calling service was connected by TM, TM queries SDC to obtain calling, called user number information or service access code, then continue the follow-up service in proceeding trigger or continue. If the service amount to the TS,GW is higher, LS to TS,GW service should adopt the dispatching source method, the call that has service attribute chooses TM, other calling service go through the direct circuit; the coming call is transferred through TM or queries SDC directly through TS,GW.The advantage of TDM is: The network construction is clear; Can realize whole net concentration maintenance; Can provide local area communication bill within the scope of whole net; TM can be used as the SSP to set up the service commutation center. It's weakness is that the original swithers have not been enriched ulteriorly; Can't support new multi-media service; Newly-built LS only can adopt the traditional switcher mode, no good to network revolution; The network stays around the stage in traditional PSTN always, can't build foundation of network integration.3,SoftX3000 TM completely access SDC"SoftX3000 TM completely access SDC" project is that all call service is connected through SoftX3000, other process is the same as "TDM TM completely access SDC" project. In consideration of the soft switching capacity is general bigger, support to divide the rights and area ability at the same time, so a pair of SoftX3000 can be used by many local network at the same time.The advantage of the soft swiching TM is: The technique is advanced, matching the future network development; Reforming cost is lower than traditional TDM machine; The traditional PSTN coexists with soft switching network, the PSTN customer can enjoy the soft switching business; Providing the network platform for PSTN, NGN,3G integration, easy to the fusion of the fixed and mobile network, and exert the fixed network advantage greatly.This thesis also emphasize to discuss three disputed questions, that is to compare MAP with MAP expansion protocol technology used in SDC, and aimingat the current circumstance of LNCNC, in the process of network intelligentization, whether MAP+ or MAP project has to process a large-scaled reform, and adopt corresponding TM switcher to constitute the commutation center. Therefore, in present stage, the MAP+ project which request to the commutation center is simple, and satisfies the current business triggering has more realistic meaning. But we should point out also, no matter whick kind of project category that SDC can support is very important for the future network reform, fusion of fixed and mobile network, expansion of fixed and mobile integration category service( FMC).Finally, comparing the network structure advantage, service support and expansion, project implement and maintenance, expansion and network configuring cost and so forth of various factor, upgrade current fixed intelligence network to a unified service platform, adopt the all( soft switching) TM agency adaption mode to realize the whole network intelligentization, accomplish the transformation of current whole network to NGN.
