| According to the reformation of army education these years, educating and selecting military students has become one of the most important means of developing the army. For the purpose of reinforcing abilities of examining military theories, manual operation is insufficient.Establishing a complete series of test questions databank, which is related military theories based on grade and subjects, will help the examiners on this. This may significantly increase the testing effectiveness; in addition, ensure its confidential and its uniqueness. This may also significantly foster the quality of Military student education.This dissertation narrates the design of military theories test questions databank for Military students, including test question input, test question enquiry, amending of design, automotive generation, and databank design. Besides, This project is actualized by Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access databank, which enables test questions input, test enquiry, amend, delete and auto-generation, etc.Military test question databanks for Military student is comprised of four parts, test question input, test enquiry and amending, automatic generation of test paper, and databank. First step of Military theories test question databank is toinput test questions, then enquiry the questions, amend, delete, and automatic generation of the final draft, or alternative generation of a test paper after test question input.Besides, after test question input, subject and type are needed to be checked whether they are eligible. If either of them is incorrect, it should not be submitted.Amending is required during the process of test enquiry. It contains checking whether subjects and type is defined correctly as well as test type, content, and answers. If either of them is incorrect, it should not be submitted.Automatic generation function can generate subjects, test type and answers according to the setting made by users. Firstly, test grade is required to be defined. Considering the extension of system, test grade can be typed through keyboard. System supports the generation of one paper integrated by multiple subjects. In other word, one test paper may contain a number of subjects. The test Type is comprised of choice, fill the blank, brief answer, and dissertation. The quantity and the score are required to be defined in every itemAfter the setting of Test grade, test subjects and test type are finished; test paper can be automatically generated. System will randomly select questions from the databank according to the user's setting. Preview function enables users a preview of the test paper, if it is satisfying, the paper will be saved accordingly.Additionally, error amending is necessary in test paperautomatic generation function. Subjects and types are needed to be checked if they work under human's order, secondly, whether the quantity of questions and score is defined correctly, plus the quantity of test question databank is sufficient.According to test question input, subjects apply to ComboBox plug-in. In terms of types of questions, OptionBotton is applied. In terms of Test content and Test answer, TextBox are applied. In terms of the selection of subjects, comboBox is applied. In terms of Question type, CheckBox plug-in is applied. In terms of display of Test content, MSFlexGrid Plug-in is applied.When amending selected items is required, just amend directly on real time display, then push submit button. In terms of changing the test type, the attribution of list of ComboBox plug-in is defined as selection, fill the blank, brief answer, and dissertation. Amending the types can be realized through direct amending. When deleting certain items is required, just click the delete button.The selection of test grade applies to CheckBox Plug-in, the attribution of the list at content setting is defined as military student 2004, 2005, 2006, etc.The selection of test subject applies to CheckBox Plug-in. Every subject is assigned a CheckBox Plug-in.Questions contain four types, which are configured separately. Every type is linked with a CheckBox plug-in. Such setting contains quantity and score, appointed by a Check Boxseparately. Attribution of the List can be defined as figures, such as 1, 2 ..., 100. Considering the convenience of users input, the Style attribution of ComboBox plug-in is configured as Dropdown Combo. In other word, when human typing is applied, please ensure the validation of the data type by type checking.The generated test paper and its answers can be printed. Thus the generation of test paper is eventually completed.Databank applies ACCESS in line with the name of the tables and character string.The composition of this function makes this system more intelligent and can satisfy the users'need. It is convenient for the users to use and provide more choices for the users. |
