With the develping of IT, Enterprise Equipment MIS became a very important part of enterprise management. Traditional, Factory charged erverything by manual work,In that way, There are many problem,Such as low efficiency,badly Safety and so on. Waste a lot of money and time so that enterprise were weaken their competition. It time for enterprises to improve theirs Mawith thick If the Management Information System or building a new system.Enterprise Informationalization means enterprise use IT and integrated communications to save and manage the information of work flow, in oder to improve enterprise's efficiency of enterprise operation and advanced enterprise's kernel competition. Enterprise Informationalization is dynamic and sustaining process, Which include many conception and it involved many field of enterprise management. Usually it use information technology to promote enterprise management and made enterprise realize informationalization.Generally speaking, Enterprise informationalization is a proceeds in an orderly way, thedistribution implementation process,in the process, equipment management is a very important part. Equipment management must be found at first. This system through to current is popular .NET with the J2EE technology comparative analysis, we may see, now is facing the enterprise level overhead construction development, mainly has two kind of systemsstructures J2EE and .net,But .Net is Strategic product of Microsoft Company and J2EE is a technical standard which Description product's function and Characteristic,Now there are many products were developed by this standard,and those products belong to many Different company. When enterprise want use J2EE framework to build a management system,it would puzzled consumers. The .NET framework realized the language development, the code translation,the module disposition, the procedure movement, the object has handedover of each stratification plane function, served and theordinary application procedure for Web provides to be entrusted with,safely, the highly effective execution environment. Finally passes theplatform the natural price ratio. Sothat We use design and realize this system base on .net framework. We have chosen .NET, and is easy using NET the technology to understand, to be advantageous for the development characteristic, it unifies MS-SQL the server of database, the fast development and the disposition based on .NET the overhead construction under B/S structure enterprise management information system, have realized the enterprise eequipment entire flow to computerize the management. It specificallyuses the development kit for net family's in VB.net, through controlsa transfer to ADO to realize its logarithm according to the visit, themiddle business server uses the IIS server which in the WINDOWSoperating system brings, the customer end uses IE achievement browsing.The system's mainly function is include the follow part: Equipment management: Including equipment card information and commonly used equipment establishment management. In this function module, system administration all equipment information. Has providedthe commonly used equipment establishment function, namely the usermay establish some regular operations equipment as the commonly used equipment, causes the user even more to be clear about to the equipment information management clearly, like this has facilitateduser's operation in the greatest degree, enhances the service efficiency.Equipment Inspection and Maintenace management: Inspection and Maintenace the system is our country one kindof management pattern which introduces from Japan, through specializedengineer to the equipment movement condition fixed time, thefixed-point inspection, obtains the equipment movement conditioninformation in the first time, its main function for formulation plan of Equipment Inspection and Maintenace and implementation.Equipment failure management: Equipment Inspection and Maintenace the result divides into with thebreakdown, simultaneously, the scene movement personnel also can feedback the equipment failure, this function mainly will be inputs through Equipment Inspection and Maintenace or the fault management related personnel according tothe breakdown name and the breakdown sub-item the breakdown recordingto the system in, will cause the equipment failure through thenetworktransmission, for promptly equipment service preparation condition.Equipment service management: When the equipment appears the breakdown, inevitably must carry on the service, guarantees the production the continuous running. Second, it introduces total design of the system and the realization process.Finally, it gives some programming design interface and the code. To analysis the security of Microsoft server operating system WINDOWS-2000/2003, has defined the safety mechanism which this system adopts.Through has produced the corresponding safety mechanism to the SQL-SERVER characteristic analysis, thus enhanced thesystemreliability in the overall, through typical customer(Anshan iron ore company) the actual movement, this system definitely may satisfy theenterprise about the equipment management aspect request.In a word, integrated modern information technology into traditional management, created the new management concept and the management system, integrated the information-decision- execution into management,improves the policy-making quality and the efficiency; Using the information sharing system could be vertical integrated management to the organization flat matrix type management pattern transformation; Rebuild working flow of enterprise by the information technology, reduces the management cost, enhances the enterprise the comprehensive benefit,MIS will be a flat made enterprise realized informationaliztion. Causes the leader and the management team's management idea can obtaintop-down, the comprehensive execution and the implementation in the enterprise. In fact, the management software system is a kind of immovable management process, by which passing information and excute a plan will standardization causes the management information the transmission and carries out the result feedback no longer is under the traditional management "the rule by people".
