The Design And Realization Of The Management Of SAIC CMS

At the view of IT technology, the information data includes structure data and Non-structure data. The application of structure information management has formed standard technology of storing, operation, management and application in DB. Between application and data, the different software can share the same DB through standard operation method -- SQL, which can avoid the repetition effectively, also make the development of application more efficiently.At the date of Internet, about the increase with very high speed in date on Enterprise organization, except structure data, non-structure data of multimedia data including format text, office document, E-mail, table and picture, audio/video files occupied the more 80% of all information. Under the condition of structure data which can be dealt with, the integration of Non-structure data become the key problem of information integration and the core of information management.During the development of "Jin Guan Project" of SAIC(State Administration for Industry & Commerce) at Shandong province, the level of information have been in front of the whole system of SAIC, its structure data is being to mature, the increase of Non-structure data get the new challenge to information of SAIC. it is the effectively method which promote the communication between the different level and the different area of SAIC and increase the level of management to collect and use the Non-structure data.This text introduces the main functions of a simple CMS from the management of SAIC, which include the functions of Permission Control, Information Management, Information Template and so on.
