| Today, software development is a team activity instead of an individual behavior of developer. Development process management which has become complicated is difficult to be managed because many factors will affect the activity of software development. Good development process management is very important for software enterprise because it helps development team to reduce the influence of bad factors, allot current resources suitably and make sure the software product can be finished in time with good quality. But how to bring the process management into effect is still a significant subject which is waiting for deeper research.This thesis provides a development process management model which includes requirement management, task management, defect management and subject management, designs and develops a software product for this model and put it into practice. Currently, this product works well and it is useful to standardize software development process, improve development efficiency and cut down the cost of software product. |
