What is discussing in this article is the Test Plant for OPC Server 3.0 after OPC foundation released its custom Interface Standard 3.0. The mainly purposes of this plant is testing the integrality of the OPC server according to the Standard 3.0. Use Visual C++ as the developmental language, based on the MFC document/view form. First we expatiate on the nuclear technology of OPC and COM. Second we discuss the internal association of OPC DA 3.0 interface. Discuss the relationship with old 2.0 interfaces and 3.0 new interfaces. Explain new concept in standard 3.0, get the trunk of OPC. And then introduce some problems about MFC such as program's frame, executing idea, command message route and virtual list controller. From developmental steps, partition of classes and source code three aspects to introduce the program writing process. Use the test plant testing one product line's OPC/DDE server of KEPWare Corporation. At last, OPC real time communication delay based on the asynchronous call back on local machine are quantitative analyzed, adopting Least Square (LS) method, the proper function used to evaluate its delay time are proposed first time.
