Design And Realization Of The Assignment Releases And Evaluation System Based On Network Teaching Platform

In recent years, many colleges and universities in China continually invested a great deal of money, manpower and material resources to make a large-scale campus network construction. Part of farsighted colleges and universities can balance well between hardware and software construction, but part of them occupied quite a big amount still pay more attention on hardware than software in campus network construction, inevitably resulted in the situation of "there is road but no transportation "or "there is good road but no good transportation". This problem is especially outstanding in Yunnan province. Therefore it's very important to consider and resolve developing high-efficiency teaching software in colleges and universities in Yunnan, building perfectly functional network teaching platform, which make education informatization become the real "button" triggering the higher education reform in Yunnan province.The construction of network teaching platform involves various aspects, in which assignment release and evaluation is quite important part, it is the important way of information feedback during the teaching process, and it is also the key link of the students deepen their comprehension to the knowledge, all of these provides necessary guarantee for smooth teaching progress. Dealing with this problem is one of the keys whether function of network teaching platform is consummate or not. The writer of this dissertation investigated and contrasted the different areas' situation of applying level of network teaching, which included Yunnan province (49 colleges and universities), advanced areas in China (67 first-class colleges and universities) and quoted the data of advanced countries (mainly U.S.A). The writer discovered that a huge spatial difference existed in Yunnan higher education, the total network application construction placed in lower level, comparing with other areas. It became a bottleneck of Yunnan higher education informatization reform. For this reason, the writer combined his teaching and software development experience, leading into mutil-evaluation method, designed and developed the assignment release and evaluation system based on the network teaching platform of Honghe University in Yunnan, in order to perfect the total function of network teaching platform, beneficially try for the higher education informatization reform of Yunnan province.The system set up on the basis of object-oriented development method, guided by related educational theories, leading into mutil-evaluation method that became hot research field at present, based on the detailed requirement analysis, designed the function mold of assignment release system and realized it by adopting an appropriate technique project. At last, the writer investigated and researched the real teaching process by using this system, adopting scientific method, and made a application research conclusion: the system can promote the effective learning of students and improve teaching quality, which verify the necessity and importance of designing and developing assignment release and evaluation system based on campus network teaching platform.
