Along with the growth of civil aviation, China has become a fast growing air transport country. Foreign airlines also show great interests in China air transport market. Contesting the resource of passengers and improving the satisfaction of passengers are the objectives what airlines compete each other. Facing to the international competition.domestic airlines are juvenility in the application of customer relationship management.so it is useful that domestic airlines use for reference of the foreign airlines.The paper see that the problems of the application of customer relationship management in domestic airline are the low efficiency in the using of the information resource of passengers from contrasting the application of foreign and domestic airlines.So the paper resolve the problem from seting up system model based in data warehourse and data mining.The first,seting up a data warehourse of the resources of passengers insure the efficiency of the informations of passengers.And basing in these, analyse the customer value from their current value and latent value.Then using data mining to divide passengers.offering the technic guarantee of the marketing sales of airlines.
