Grey theory is a rising subject from 1980s, grey control theory is a new control theory, and it has strong adaptability. Grey system gives emphasis to investigate the issues that have little sample, poor information and can't be solved by statistics or fuzzy mathematics. According to the overlay of the information, the practical orderliness through the sequence-building has been found. It doesn't need the accurate model; its point is modeling based on few numbers. Polymer flooding has been gained industrialized application on large scale in the Chinese oil field since the bottom of last century. Base on the data prove that polymer flooding advance 10 percent recovery ratio on the base of water flooding.The basic contents consist of grey model theory, way of establish grey model , grey forecast control theory, grey PID forecast control and the application of grey PID fuzzy control after adding power value in the process of polymer concentration control system of oil fields polymer configure station .The paper started with grey system theory. A few conceptions of the grey system and grey modeling process have been discussed in detail. Methods improved on the forecast precision have been introduced. PID control and grey PID modeling have been study hard and validate it by Matlab . At the same times analyze the difference in these methods. It used grey PID fuzzy control in the polymer concentration control system and emulated it by Matlab. The result shows that the algorithm has high precision. so it is effective in the polymer concentration control system . And then this paper study grey fuzzy control to contrast the effect in difference control ways. Finally , grey theory has been combined with fuzzy control and adding power value , this method has been programmed to apply in the system with the disturbs which can't been controlled. This controller according as old concentration data predict new concentration data and then auto adjust the parameter of controller .This controller lesson the error in the production. The practice results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method .
