The network database system rapidly develops in recent years as the important part of the database system. The modern e-commerce, the government affairs, the business management system all may regard as is the network database system. Network database is the information warehouse under opening condition, which manages a lot of datum. It has to be confronted with various security attacks once the data information is the network database is damaged, it would make enormous loss.Today, the security management of network database is become more and more important The large number of modern network database system runs under the environment of Microsoft .NET. Therefore, studying the security problem of the network database system on Microsoft .NET environment has important realistic meaning.In this paper, we mainly research the security problem of network database system and the application of role-based access control on network database system, and finished a security access system of network database base on Purchase-Sales-Inventory management. Firstly, the paper conduct some research on RBAC,and carry on analysis of the implementation of RBAC under network database system .Secondly, the paper carry on some research on safety demand of B/S structure network database system on interface layer,access layer and data layer, bring forward solution for each layer, We make a good use of security component and security strategy, mainly research the implementation of RBAC on network database system and integrate the encrptytion technique and forms authentication technique. We make a analysis on a typical network database system-Purchase-Sales-Inventory management system, presenting a general method for the implementation of RBAC on network database system. The paper extends RBAC96 model and apply to the safety access system of network database system. The system is suitable to the complex Management system and more universal, the speed of development is increased and the system is easy to explant.
