| Checking technology of mobile phone chip is an important part of producing. Checking of mass mobile phone chips not only needs the supporting of hardware, but also the supporting of software. However, China mainland has a poor checking technology that is almost introduced from Europe or America. Checking the quality of mobile phone turn a new leaf after IEEE released a new format of recording logic circuit in 2005.This paper proposes the design and implement of checking system based on the new released file format. It meets the requirement of chip producer, which can check out and simulate the mistakes in chips. The hardware environment is comprised of a CCD laser scanner, PC, a monitor, and a high speed probe. The scanner is a high sensitive CCD arranged in a liner matrix. CCD use the laser of 500mm or 450mm wavelength to scan FF of mobile phone chip and save scanning result as STIL file in computer.The development of software platform adopts MVC design pattern, database middleware technology, and Postscripts language, etc. It implements the automatic parse of data file, simulation and visualization of mistakes, calculation of pass rate. First, the system parses the STIL data file automatically, stimulate and visualize the mistakes. It has three interfaces (Multiwafer, Wafer and Chip) to display three data files. Second, the system prints the results of simulations. There are two types of print: paper printing and file printing. Paper printing directly exports the content to printer, while file printing save content as PostScript file that can be parsed by specific software. At last, the project can calculate and save the checking result.This system can efficiently help the technologists to check and analyze the mistakes occur on assembly line. The experiment has prove that this project can check cell phone chip in an effect way. |
