Mobile Communication has been the most popular communicaton style since 1980's, because it is of the merit of flexibility and convenience to meet the requirement of communication technique in the modern society. But the design of mobile communication network is varied with region and time, and no available method can be applied to. The design of wireless network stresses on the experiences of the designer and the acquaintance of local network.In this paper, the developing state of Anhui GSM digital mobile communication network is analyzed. We consider the population, economy and geography information in every region of Anhui Province and collect all kinds of the dynamic parameters and statistic data of the running system. And then, the configuration and parameters of the network are modified and adjusted. The aim is to improve the quality of the network and ensure the business department obtains more gains with less cost.This paper discusses the optimized scheme of the 11th GSM digital mobile communication network in Anhui Province. The first chapter introduces the current state of the GSM network of Anhui Unicom and the necessity of the 11th network. The second and the third chparters are the emphasis of our paper. In the 2th chapter,we commene by the current state and the exisiting problem of the exchange system as well as comparing several avaible schemes in detail, and acquire the exchange content and the devices configuration. In the 3rd chapter, we analyze the current state of the wireless network in Anhui Province and propose the concrete shceme of the 11th project according to the existing problem. The 4th chapter gives the coclusion of our proposed scheme.
