The TD-LTE is a fourth generation mobile communication technology, China plays animportant role in it. An industry chain has been formed so far, it is dominated by China mobilecompany, and widely participated by the other global operators, equipment manufacturers andservice providers. China owns independent intellectual property rights in the patent technologystandards,no expensive patent royalty needs to be paid to standard setters using TD-LTEnetwork services.Consumers will be able to enjoy more high-speed wireless broadbandapplication with lower tariffs in comparison to2G and3G Era. Therefore, accelerating theconstruction of TD-LTE, applying large-scale commercial operationas early as possibleandforming a complete industrial chain, which benefit the revitalization of nationalindustrygreatly.With the development of economy and society, a faster, higher and earlierrequirement to be informational has been put forward.With the rapid development of internet ofthings, TD-LTE is also expected to be commercially available for providing comprehensiveservices at an early date.There are many factors for China mobile to consider in base station location, includingeconomic, technical and social environment. Different factors have different impact factor, it iscertainly inappropriate to make decisions based on single factor, various factors influencingstation location are required to be considered as a whole, comprehensive evaluation is necessaryamong multiple alternatives. Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) has been applied extensively inthe field of comprehensive evaluation, it can be applied in the field of project construction, andit has great value for project owner in the application of construction scheme selection.First of all, the relevant theories of project construction comparison is introduced, basicprinciple of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and specific operation process to analyze problemutilizing analytic hierarchy process (ahp) are discussed in detail. Moreover, several impact factors of of TD-LTE base station construction project are introduced, economic factors,technical factors and social environmental factors are analyzed respectively. Three feasibilityschemes are proposed based on the actual survey in yuanshangyuan district, and three concretedesign schemes are discussed in detail. Considering various parameters index of three designschemes, using analytic hierarchy process, partial sort and total sort of schemes is implementedaccording to the weight factor of impact index, the rationality of the ranking method is verified,the best solution is concluded finally, it is helpful to the base station location in future.
