Today the information industry has become the leading industry of the country, and the communication industry has made the greatest progress. GSM (Global System For Mobile Communication) has used the new 900MHz in 1990, and this band is for wireless cell communications in Europe. GSM is the first digital cell mobile communications in the world with the modern net technology approved by the world. GSM also is the main system for the China digital mobile communications, which has covered all over the country. But as dramatic increasing of the capacity and quality requirements by the subscribers, it becomes important for the carriers to extend system coverage and increase the quality of service.Liaoning Unicom GSM network as the northeast area's center has double of independent collection center—TMSC1/TMSC2, using the form of call business charge partake to dredge the call business of province. China Unicom according to the Liaoning mobile foundation, for the aim of extend the management range, satisfy the user overcast require, improve users' put through rate and satisfaction, they process GSM network extending engineering of FuXin operation area.The paper introduces the basic theory of wireless network programming, sums up the basic status of FuXin Unicom, discusses the project programming and implement, forecasts the develop trend of 3G network in future, process network optimize in the basic of inhere network systematic.
