Research And Application On The Key Technologies Of Industrial Image Detecting System

Industrial image detecting system is an integration of machine vision, digital image processing and industrial product detection. In many areas, using Industrial image detecting system as a way of quality control generally takes place of traditional detecting system using manpower. In domestic, the development of Industrial image detecting system is just at its beginning,comparing to the development of industrial manufacture system, and it is a new kind of industry which has great potential in future.In this paper we introduce the application of machine vision in industrial image detecting system by the design of two systems: laver quality detecting system and wafer quality detecting system, and discuss several key technologies including illuminating system design, image capturing, image processing and system architecture design.Following issues are focused on in this paper:1) How to select the operatic source and how to design the illumination methods when capturing the images, how to choose the cameras, the...
