As an important part of Information Construction of Colleges and Universities,E-CAMPUS system has made some achievement. However, it has to confront somesignificant challenges, such as the imbalance development between software and hardware,absence of standards and uniform platform, lack of effective integration, hard to shareresource, too complex for user and so on. The objective of this paper is to put forward apublic data platform based on information technology standards and a integrated applicationsystem, which can cooperate effectively, the aim is to construct a E-CAMPUS which cansupport the synergism of application, data sharing, flow optimization, individuation ofinformation portal. Our work will realize the integration of three parts: uniform user interface,uniform data exchange and uniform system cooperation. It also provides data support formulti-dimensional analysis, data mining, information decision etc.Independent construction of each department leads to lack of uniform plan. In order tosettle this problem, we bring forward a high-effect E-CAMPUS system Architecture(E-CAMPUS) in the first place. Using a bottom-up view, E-CAMPUS is constituted by basictechnology platform, public data platform, business support platform, business managementsystem and portal. The system is loose coupling and there is a standard interface between thearchitecture levels and each module. As the application framework of E-CAMPUS integration,it supports workflow management, workflow reengineering, integration of isomerizationsystems, multi-database system. The characteristics of E-CAMPUS are integration, integrality,extensibility, modularization, standardization.Secondly, this paper proposes a public data platform: URMS, so that the change of dataamong each application system is synchronization. Comes with the data standardization andmanagement unification, we design and realize the access interface for resource definition,resource registration, resource collection, resource classification, resource storage, resourcetransplantation, resource scheduling, and resource maintenance. The interface is helpful formulti-format data direct access, format-free data integration, position-free data integration,and multi-source data composite analysis.Thirdly, based on web service technology, we design the SOA application integrationplatform for Information Isolated Island. On the one hand, the service is Universal Plug andPlay, on the other hand, it achieve the integration of business process by using event model,which allow flow management for the process of application integration. This platform canprovide application integration for individuation portal, realize the uniform user management and authority management, it is powerful enough to provide us with perfect user experience.Finally, according to above public information platform and application integrationframework, we design and realize a flexible and effective management system for Recruitstudent Obtain employment. The system has Deliver Social and Economics Benefits,substantiate the rationality of E-CAMPUS application integration and the necessity ofE-CAMPUS constriction.
