With the Internet commercialization development and the network multimedia technology widespread application, the network service type increases day by day, users'personalized service demand grows unceasingly, the different types service needs to obtain the different service. In order to satisfy these different services demand, the service suppliers need to make the many kinds of new service management to unify, to increase the income, to enhance the user degree of satisfaction; therefore the Service Selection Gateway arises at the historic moment. At the same time, the concomitance next generation network NGN new technology development, the people start to propose the more and more high request of the network services.The subject of this paper comes from the study of Service Selection Gateway research project, mainly through studying the Service Selection Gateway exportation data management, the construction of data of the Linux kernel network protocol stack, the Netfilter frame and the Linux kernel flow management system TC, the goal is that Service Selection Gateway exportation bandwidth resources would be used reasonably and effectively, especially when gateway exportation band width resources is busy, it can realize bandwidth assignment based on the user priority and the service type priority to guarantee the users'personalization quality of service. This article analyses and studies the principle and application scene of Service Selection Gateway, the QoS of network service with correlation technology and theory, proposes a kind of Service Selection Gateway bandwidth management structural model, combines the formidable function Netfilter firewall frame of the Linux kernel to analyze and design the module of the Service Selection Gateway network exportation data packet capture and classify; after studying the Linux kernel modular programming, has completed the data packet capture and the classify procedure which is based on the Netfilter frame realization, Finally gives the realization solution to the different priority service bandwidth control management combining TC and carries on simple experiment to conform.
