Service System For Telephone Fee Charging Based On CTI Technique

Along with the strong competition between communications companies day by day, for reduction of running cost following means, such as reduction of the staff and increasable efficiency, have been adopted. At the same time, as the staff has been reduced the numbers of fee charging sites have been also reduced. Although the fee charging agency, such as the bank and the post office can relax above mentioned discrepancy but the increased payment for agency will influence on the running cost. The customers will complain the reduction of numbers of fee charging sites also. For solving this problem the scheme of construction of a service system for telephone fee charging has been submitted by "Anshan net communication company" and the subject of thesis is also produced. The service system for telephone fee charging is constructed based on completed account system and circulation system of telephone card of "Anshan net communication company" by CTI technique and database technique. The service of telephone fee charging for customers is realized by on line phonetic charging platform which works at any time of whole day. In this service system for telephone fee charging the data exchange and account treatment are completed by on time communication of preliminary servicing device of duty with database of back stage in accordance with pre-settled and combined amount of connection. By these means the accuracy of account and data, the safe and stable operation of system can be guaranteed. Above mentioned system can be divided in to four sub-systems, such as CTI sub-system of phonetic platform, VC platform sub-system (Multi-Thread application charge Sub-System), service sub-system of database and inquiry sub-system based on ASP technique.
