Up to now, FM broadcasting has become the main coverage of the broadcasting in the city because of its pretty tone and anti-jamming. FM sound sync-broadcasting has overlapped service zone, the same carrier frequency and the source of the program, which can broadcast in-phase at the same time. We can construct the single frequency by the test, and use the frequency resource to implement the biggest covering. FM sound sync-broadcasting is a systemic project , which runs with two transmitting stations at least, so we must synthetically think over the factors as follows: the distributing of the sync-broadcasting transmitting station, EIRP, the form of transmitting antenna, according to the landform of the covering area, the distributing of the population, the requirement of the utility. Considering the above the factors, we can construction the FM sound sync-broadcasting station.This task is a part of the design and construction of Tianjin FM sound sync-broadcasting net, and we put across it about one year's effort. In the course of the design and construction of Tanggu and TV tower sync-broadcasting spot , some creativity were made, such as using the signal which is received from satellite to solve the problem about Tanggu spot optic-cable and using the GPS to insure the carrier's stabilization and minish the interference, which can shorten the disturbing area. We carry through the new research and explore for FM sound sync-broadcasting, which is provided with important economic and social benefit. And we approve the system blue print, and accumulate plentiful engineering experiences.In this paper, the analysis is made with FM sound sync-broadcasting in theory, and it is described with the course of designing and choosing device during Tianjin FM sound sync-broadcasting net in detail, and the test methods and test results are introduced for the single frequency net. In other way, some familiar problems are discussed in the engineering. It has the effective leading function for the construction of the FM sound sync-broadcasting single frequency net.
