In the next generation broadcasting wireless(NGB-W) technologies, configure flexibly in the frame granularity and repetition of digital multimedia broadcast according to the different demand in capacity and delay performance of different wireless broadcasting system. Considering digital multimedia wireless broadcasting of different types have different requirements, design a scheme supportting single carrier and multi carrier transmission. In order to obtain the frequency diversity gain and statistical multip lexing gain, and improve the reliability of the broadcasting signal transmission, the data carried by wireless broadcasting systems carrying support frequency hopp ing transmission mode, the hopping interval must be taken into consideration. For the sake of signaling overhead, the physical frame length of the broadcasting can’t be too short during the resource allocation, so minimum frame length is set in the process of designing the scheme, which requires the resource or the frame length allocated of each digital multimedia wireless broadcasting over a carrier frequency cannot be less than its own minimum frame length, otherwise it is unable to carry the broadcasting information.Digital multimedia wireless broadcasting includes at least the primary frequency, which is used for initial scanning or changing channels, so it contains all of the physical frame type of broadcasting. Design the super frame structure of frame configuration for the broadcasting over the primary frequency, and the configuration result must satisfy this structure. The modified Banker’s algorithm is adopted to adjust unsafe allocation results for broadcasting resource allocation over auxiliary frequencies. Meanwhile, a new scheme is designed for the transmission order over auxiliary frequencies of broadcasting resource allocation results. This paper is aimed at the resource and transmission of different kinds of digital multimedia wireless broadcasting in the NGB-W system. According to the scheme of different configuration parameters, work it out.The main research and innovations of this paper contents as follows:The physical frame configuration scheme over the primary frequency in the NGB–W system. Introduce the configuration progress of the digital multimedia wireless broadcasting over the primary frequency satisfying the super frame structure;The progress of the resource allocation model and transmission model of digital multimedia wireless broadcasting over auxiliary frequencies. Introduce the model, banker ’s algorithm and how to imply banker’s algorithm in this paper, multi carrier resource allocation problem how to apply the banker ’s algorithm. Considering the crossover time of broadcasting, design a scheme for the transmission of the allocation result. Illustrate the realization progress of resource allocation and resource transmission over auxiliary frequency for digital multimedia wireless broadcasting.
