| The Image Sticking phenomena of TFT is studied in different conditions and environments, which consists of classification of Image Sticking, occurring mechanism. Besides conducting analysis and identification of the phemomena by design experiment,one better method for solving Image Sticking is given by changing design and process. In order to evaluate and observe the phenomenon of Image Sticking, the methods of data measurement,Level evaluation,observation in eyes and so on are applied to analyze the phenomena qualitatively and quantitatively. For the sake of improving Image Sticking, the defect is improved by changing the parameters of TFT-LCD, which is very important for our company to upgrade the product quality . |
