With the development of liquid crystal display industry,the wide view display technology gradually occupy the high-end market,the market is becoming more and more high to the requirement of display features:wide Angle,low power consumption,high contrast,fast response,high color gamut,etc.,at the same time,the requirements of taste has been very harsh,for example as residue,unequal light-leaking and color requirement basically is not visible.FFS mode is a kind of IPS display mode,which is widely promoted and used in various panel factories due to its better visual Angle and color display.The liquid crystals are divided into positive liquid crystals and negative liquid crystals.The negative liquid crystals have the advantages of high penetration rate,high contrast,no liquid crystal scratches and power saving,etc.The FFS display mode performance of the negative liquid crystals is further enhanced.However,the use of negative liquid crystals also has its disadvantages.The residual image will be more serious,and the residual image is an important standard to measure the quality of the display.Therefore,how to improve the residual image of the negative FFS display mode becomes urgent and important.This paper focuses on how to improve the product residual image.Aiming at the residual image,this paper studies the actual influencing factors of the residual image at present.It can be seen that there are many factors affecting the residual image in the actual production process,and the residual image research is a very complicated work.Article of the deflection effect was studied on the influence of residual like,residual like model,through the analysis of the change of deflection electric effect lead to common voltage Vcom,accumulated to quantify ions form of dc voltage,dc voltage and the influence on residual like into a convenient judgment about residual level of ND Filter,with actual determine the degree of residual like,to further prove that the causes of residual like,and through the analysis of the residual like returning formation,to estimate the Vcom off center voltage value,as a basis for the gamma adjustment,improve the accuracy of the gamma correction,reduce the time of the gamma correction.At the same time,the reason that the residual image will be aggravated in the current production process is also studied.After aging,the ions cannot be recovered in time after adjusting Vcom,so that the best Vcom voltage cannot be obtained.
