The management of spare parts is an important part of enterprise management, and it's the effective way to promote the level of competition. This thesis introduces the design and implementation of Han Steel spare parts management information system. This system adopts the Browser/Server model, Java and JSP program languages, and Oracle database. It include several subsystems: system management, the application of spare parts, the purchase contract management, storing and taking the spare parts, query and statistic, and the management subsystem of financing. These parts include all the procedures of the spare parts management. It provides a full service platform, the controllable condition and the exercisable measure for the spare parts management, and improves the spare parts management to a higher level.This article first begins with the expatiation of the background and theory of spare parts management and spare parts management information system, and shows the importance of it. Then, based on the analyzing the requirement of the spare parts management information system, it establishes the system goals, divides the system function, and accomplishes the system structure design and the program structure design. In the system design, it designs the database model, making the physical design of database with Oracle database surrounding. It designs the user authorization and interfaces, and introduces the system implementation.Besides to normal query, this paper designs the fuzzy function to fulfill the digital expression of fuzzy query sentences that spare part is big or small based on the fuzzy distributing researches, and analyses language arithmetic operators. And finally, it mainly researches and builds query model of fuzzy sentences, including reverse method and positive direction method, and gives the instances.
