With the development of aviation and spaceflight in our country, the requirement of emulate and test equipment is higher ahd higher. This dissertation is written on the background of the double-axis simulation turntable which comes from a project of the control and detection with the aerial camera.It is mainly focused on the analysis,comparativeness of the normal software platform used in numeric controller, and choosed RTLinux real-time operating system which is based on Linux to accomplish the numeric control of the turnable,.In the same time,It involved the angle measuring system and power drive circuit which is related to the controller.First,this dissertation analyzed the total structure of the control systerm of two-axis emulate turntable in detail.After this, the work principle of the angle measuring system and power drive circuit are introduced separately,the purpose is to analyze the communicate fashion between this two one with the numeric controller, this is to design reasonably periphery circuit. After comparing the shortcoming of the numerical control operating system which is based on DOS,Windows and RTLinux,we chosed RTLinux as the software platform of the numeric controller.In order to comprehend the work principle of this project,we mainly talked abut the realization and numerical communication with RTLinux,and given the method,steps to set RTLinux which is based on Linux.According to the requirement of mission.,this turntable is mainly emulating the motion of the airplane's pitching and rolling.In this specially characterist,we given the realizable project with the numeric controller., and analysised the technical difficult which we meted in the process of the realization,given the solution and homologous procedure yard.According to the requirement of performance and technical index to the system.,it takes inner-annulus axis as example,using classical control theories to design the control system of turntable.The construction and realization of software and periphery circuit with numeric control has been accomplished in finally.With the analysis of experimental result ,the feasibility of numeric control...
