Simulation Study Of The Generic Real-time Data Acquisition System

This paper presents the research of real-time date acquiring system simulation,studying how to establish the host-target structure under RtLinux to realize the real-time date acquiring system by using MATLAB RTW.RTW is a kind of software which can automaticlly generate the real-time program for special OS such as UNIX. We have done some modifications of RTW so that it can generally real-time programs for RTLinux.RTLinux is a hard real time OS on the base of Linux. Its kernel is small and flexible and can be used in PC.There are 3 parts to realize the real-time date acquiring system by RTW under RTLinux. First,RTW should be modified so that it can automaticlly generate programs used in RTLinux;Second,Communications between the host on which RTW is running and the target on which real-time generated code is running should be realized by TLC/IP. Third,drivers of data acquiring boards for using should be developed by S functions and TLC tools.After the system is finished ,tests should be done to verify the system and results should be analyzed .
