DCS system is broad applied in many sides of our industry. Especially in petrol-chemical enterprise with international competition pricking up, it is necessary to improve automation for improving production quality and reducing labor cost and raw materials. DCS is universally applied in new-builded units or old-improved units. Applications and developing of advanced process control on DCS foundation will enhance the core competition power. DCS have become one of mostly research object by petrol-chemical control engineer. Japanese Yokogawa Centum DCS have powerful control function and perfect soft and hardware form. Appliction level of DCS in fact is not completely decided on its advanced performance. For improving reliability and favorable character-value ration and application level, realizing advanced control means , it is necessary to engineer to research in specifically control object and DCS technology in depth.This paper research as follows in the base of import technology and integrating application in catalytic cracked unit.1, Analysis and research soft and hardware technology of centum DCS for application depth.2 Research the character of selectivity system. Integrating application in fact, improve gradually scheme realizing rector temperature selectivity control system in DCS in catalytic cracked unit, and optimize the configuration scheme .3 Integrating application and research technology of DCS and frequency inverter, realize switchover without interference between control valve and frequency-inverter motor in producing process control.4 Integrating process technology of producing unit, research function of much-parameter calculation, realize producing-process advanced control, research and probe into the on-line process calculation and applications.5 Integrating intellectual-instrument technology, develop and apply the redundant techniques between two transmitter in single loop, probe into issues and periodical maintenance scheme in DCS run.
