Design And Implement Of Medical Insurance Management Information System Based On C/S Module Under Software Reuse

Medical insurance system (MIS) is an important part of social security, and it is one of the national basic economic system. Along with the continuous deepening in the reform of the socialist market economic system, because the reform of the medical treatment, pensions, unemployment, work-related injuries, procreate medical insurance system are still in the trial phase, there are still lots of problems such as unified basic insurance system, company heavy burden and low-level coordination shortcomings etc. The deal of medical insurance are related to insured company, insured workers, designated hospitals, drugstore, bank and other departments, The business is a multi-departmental coordination system which brings forward new requirements for the medical insurance and information gathering, transmission and sharing. In order to strengthen and regulate the management of the basic medical insurance system for urban workers and improve the business management of the modernization, it's necessary to establish a basic medical insurance system for urban workers.Along with the reform of the medical system and the personal account of medical insurance being set up, the traditional processing method of medical fee by man-made can not meet the requirement of the medical insurance operate unit. To adapt the medical insurance reform and satisfy the social-management request of medical insurance management, it is necessary to develop a feasible medical insurance management information system (MIMIS).According to the characters of the business and the real conditions of oilfield, and take the current medical insurance business as the core, we developed a perfect MIMIS and realized a modernized, standardized, automatic and scientific MIMIS in oilfield.The main researching content of MIIMS includes as follows: the network construction layout of MI on computer network system; the software development and application of MI operation management. This paper begins with operation analysis of MI, and illuminates completely the importance of establishment of the MIMIS, the point of application and the objective of information's construction. It presents a concrete solution for the local-area network construction of the MIMIS, and analyzes the system framework, network design, OS, database selection, security management. On the basis of these, it discusses the application software's developing process of the medical insurance, and researches its system construction, functional modules, and database design. Finally, it realizes a perfect medical insurance management information system.
