Short wave is radio frequency band earliest utilized by human being, and short wave communication is one modern communication method with a long history. When people consequently exploit super short wave and microwave radio frequency band for Communication capacity and multimedia facilities, the traditional long wave communication and medium one lost original priority, and they only can be used for some special occasion. Oppositely, short wave communication is familiar for simple separation, low cost and especially for its advance in long distance communication; it becomes essential in communication field. What's more, Short wave communication is always an important ensurement for country defense. With fast development of communication technology and military force, it's more and more urgent for popularity of multimedia,such as high rate data and image, so how to utilize and distribute these finite short wave communication equipments becomes more and more essential in carrier integrated communication system.In the original carrier integrated communication system, once short wave communication equipments and other terminal equipments are connected by cable , it can not be modified. Besides, this is only useful in low rate data information. With improvement of data information, the useful space in military defense is limited, traditional equipment connecting method is so challenged.This text concerns the question above, it gives idea based on CAN bus control and ISDN connection, it controls all the equipments in the communication system with help of CAN bus, and the equipments can be dynamic connected in communication plan by ISDN's U interface. If the communication stops, the connection between the equipment also does not exist. For example, one adaptive/ frequency hopping controller designed by our factory, which is made for the requirement of carrier communication system, gives one uniform design of equipments connection and provides one external and built-in equipment controller unit ECU. It gives CAN bus interface and ISDN interface, and this improves availability and reliability of carrier communication system...
