As an extension to the traditional education, e-Learning can make up for the shortage of the education source, can improve the using efficiency of the education source, can adapt to the need of lifelong education and adult education, can adapt to the need of autonomic learning. In our country, with the leap-forward development of the higher education, e-Learning is developing very quickly of late years.Net-course is the main mode of e-Learning. A great upsurge in net-course developing settled the question of quantity shortage, but the quality of the net-course needs to be enhanced urgently. Net-course should be intelligent, so as to get a better teaching effect. Net-course ought to identify all students, remember students'learning status and control students'learning process. Net-course ought to arrange suitable teaching contents for every student, and evaluate every student's study.This dissertation is about the research and realization of intelligent net-course, and makes a litter progress as follows.1. Probing the theory of education that supports the intelligent net-course.2. Corroborating the function of intelligent net-course.3. Making knowledge graphs with 3 levels and write out the arithmetic of searching and choosing knowledge point4. Applying the arithmetic of updating the knowledge point's difficulty factors with self-adaptation and testing students with basic test and synthetic test.5. Try to prepare more than one teaching contents for each knowledge point.6. Has developed"VFP intelligent net-course"as an example of intelligent net-course development based on Asp.net.7. Suggest that we can develop a universal intelligent net-course platform.
