With the development of the modern digital signal processing , VLSI and communication technologies,digital television (DTV) technology becomes more and more mature. It will finally replace the analogous TV and gives us better service.This thesis,as a sub-task of the project of"Positioning based on Terrestrial Broadcasting Digital TV Signals",mainly investigates how to extract the transmitting time from received DTV signal, thereby to get the pseudo-distance between the receiver and the transmitter for positioning. Synchronization of DVB-T receivers and the principle of distance measurement is introduced. It stresses the mathematic model of pseudo-distance formula, and gives simulation for pseudo-distance measurement with its error analysis related.Because China's DTV standard has not been publicized,this thesis is just based on DVB-T and DMB-T only. |
